cue.

Wearable reminders, optmizing your day-to-day life non-intrusively.

When was the last time you forgot something? Was it a birthday? Your house keys? Or maybe the coffee before the meeting and now you're sitting there tired and can't get one? That's exactly how we felt. Based on our own forgetfulness, we have developed a reminder system that reminds you of everything important and also everything small that you quickly forget. With cue, even daily tasks like cleaning won't be forgotten so quickly anymore.

Just like any other project, this one began with a deep dive into research. We asked ourselves fundamental questions: How do we remember things? What kind of tasks could a product help us with? How do we keep track of where things are, and most importantly, how do we interact with them and how can they in turn help our memory? To answer these questions, we created a plan that mirrored a typical day's routine. It quickly became clear where we could incorporate a product to make a positive impact.

Imagine this: you're out and about, wearing Cue, a reminder system cleverly disguised as a ring. Suddenly, it vibrates gently on your finger. A quick glance at the built-in screen reveals an icon telling you exactly what small task needs doing. Feeling up to it? Simply swipe up on the ring, and consider it done! Not quite in the mood? No problem - with a slide down on the smaller ring embedded in Cue, you can reject or postpone the task if possible. Cue is all about making your life easier. It uses your location to trigger reminders, so you'll never forget that errand you meant to run or that meeting you have coming up. Need to take out the trash before bed? Cue can handle that too. It's a seamless way to stay on top of your to-do list, without ever feeling weighed down by a bulky reminder device. Cue is always there, right on your finger, keeping you on track.

And if it is still unclear which tasks are pending or where they need to be completed, a supporting app is available. It is also used for notes that relate to the corresponding task. If a note exists, this will be indicated by switching between tasks and the mobile phone icon and displayed on the mobile phone as a push notification. Likewise, a task can also be created via voice input using the ring or, if it is something more special, via the app with additional setting options.

Our support doesn't end there. In the two-week familiarization phase, cue learns how you behave. It does this by analyzing your set preferences and recognizing patterns. For example, if you always drink a coffee before a meeting, cue will learn this and send you a reminder before your next meeting. So you can relax and focus on your meeting, knowing that you won't forget your coffee. cue is always learning and adapting to your needs. So the more you use it, the better it will become at helping you stay organized and productive.
